How long does shipping take for heavy equipment?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping via freight or parcel carriers usually takes between 3 to 7 business days.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, most of our professional-grade ladders come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty that covers manufacturer defects and structural integrity under normal usage conditions.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs for large ladders may apply.
Can I use my ladder on stairs or uneven ground?
Many of our models, such as the Select Step and Leveler series, feature adjustable legs and independent ratcheting levelers specifically designed for safe use on uneven terrain and staircases.
How do I choose the right ladder height?
To ensure safety, remember that the 'highest standing level' is different from the total ladder height. We recommend choosing a ladder that allows you to work comfortably without standing on the top two rungs or the top cap.
