Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the ladder in its original heavy-duty cardboard packaging, ensuring all safety manuals and accessories are included inside.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of the box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Schedule Pickup

  Take your package to an authorized carrier location or contact our team to schedule a freight pickup for larger industrial models.
